Background of Customer：Raymarine UK is the world No. 1 marine electronics products manufacturer，the company supply GPS，Attenna，Polit Gear box，meters etc。

SCM Concerns： High mix of their products，upgrading and innvoation quickly，EAU of the products is from 50 to some thousands，need mechanical parts about 500 different type，so has wide range to the SCM，but still has high level requirement to suppliers ，strict audit and samples qualification and continously volume production qualification are necessary， the cost of SCM work are very high.

Demand on Mechanical: stamping parts, sheet metal parts, CNC milling parts, turning parts, plastic, aluminum extrusion, gears and gear box, bended tube,casting parts, worm, powder metallurgy and mechanical assembly etc.

Our Solution：

1) Design Integrated SC ：according to the “economical “ and “reliable” principle ，View Well decide to for some parts （like CNC machining，Turning，Stamping etc）we use internal manufacturer to make , while for some special parts（like gear, extrusion etc） we use subcontractors，we submitted our solution with optimized and back up source to customer for approval;

2) Make Project Plan：Including commercial（RFQ）plan，plant audit plan，sample making plan, volume production plan，complete qualification plan，and information exchange plant etc；

3) Continous SCM Support： Design for Manufacturing，periodically plant audit ，Goods inspection，SC risk evaluation，SC continous improvement ，and time commercial communication（QBR）etc。

4) Archivement：Customer successfully switched the mechianical manufacturing job from Europe to China by kits, avoided to face too many manufacturers with small annual purchase value，now face the manufacturing alliance which are guided by View Well, simplified the communication channel and meantime own an economical and stable supply chain for the non standard mechanical components, customer will have more confidence on delevope their capability on R&D and build channel, improved their competitiveness and enhanced the brand position.
