(1) Know Competitors: to understand the SC enviroment with customer，View Well has experinece of the SCM on marine electronic, energy meter, printing equipment,medical devices and new energy, comsumer electronic etc。

(2) Know Ourselves: to analysis the internal status，include to find the SCM problem from custome ，and consier how to combine the advantage of View Well and our subcontractors to solve the SCM problem 。

(3)Know Products: focus on the requirement of “econimical” and “realiable” of the SCM，setup target of the SC design, including cost down, quality assurance, good service, customer satisfication etc 。

 (4) Analysis SC Partners: make a frame of the SC, include industrial design company, manufacturing plant, material supplier, subcontractor, logisitc partner, and set up the standard to evaluate the partners, the standard includes quality, price, L/T,MOQ,flexibility,service and management etc.

(5) DFM Analysis (Design for Manufacturing) ；base on our experience and technology on mechanical manufacturing, we make feasibility analysis for the drawing to customer，and give advice and support，if not feasable，we need redesign the SC, adjust partners or suggest costomer optimize their design.

 (6) Design SC: Solve such problem as partners choice，planning and control； supplier，EOQ，price，logisitc of raw material source; production plan, forecat, capacity, quality control plan, stock mangement；confirm logistic issue of products, pricing ，desigh information system and logisitc management system。During the design stage we need the partners to join, then this will be helpful to communicate with all the partners to support the project。And according to a certain customer，View Well will set up a team including commerical, customer service, engineering, quality, production to cooradinate the supply chain, and we hae an accounting manager to be responsible for customer.

 (7)Check the SC。 We can inspect the SC by running small batch, submit statistical data to customer to prove the SC, if not good we can adjust and improve the SC.before mass production 。

(8)Run the SC。To run a sucessful SC we need a core company, View Well act for the core to coordinate, control all the partners and share information system to make the whole supply chain as a intergrated union，View Well will mange the work from industrial design to volume production.
